Q: How do I place an order?
A: Once you have decided on the title you wish to order, just click the "ADD TO CART" button. You will be given the option to "continue shopping" or "proceed to checkout". If you have finished shopping, proceed to checkout and enter your payment and shipping information.
Q: How long will it take to process my order?
A: Orders will be processed for shipment within 48 hours after payment has been verified.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: In most cases, shipment will be by USPS First Class Mail, which takes approximately 4-7 days.
Q: What do I do if my shipment has not arrived after 7 days?
A: Send an email to atcreply@atcvideogames.com with your name, email address, order number, and date of order. We will research your order and provide you with shipping status.
Q: What if the title I received is not compatible with my system?
A: You should always carefully read the system requirements before placing your order. If the original packaging is still intact, the title may be returned to us for a refund. However, if the original packaging has been removed, a refund will not be made. Please see our "Policies" page for more information about returns and refunds.
Q: I would like to purchase a title that's not listed. Is there a way to obtain the title I want?
A: Yes. Send an email to atcreply@atcvideogames.com with your name, email address, and the complete title of the game you want. Please include the system you are using. Every effort will be made to locate the title you are looking for and a response will be sent to you to let you know whether or not we are successful.
Q: Are the games you offer new or used?
A: All games are new and shipped in the orginal packaging. We will never sell used or "pre-played" games.
